Ingredients | Felix's Chargrilled Oysters New Orleans Recipe2 cups white sugar4 eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder2 pounds pecan halves1 pound candied cherries1 pound candied pineapple1 pound pitted datesDirectionsPreheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and line with parchment paper two 5x9 inch loaf pans.Beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla until frothy.Sift together the flour and baking powder; add to the egg mixture.
